RESERVATION:

We require a minimum length of stay of three nights. (Some apartments may accept two nights with extra cleaning fee). Prices are per night and per apartment, taxes included. To reserve the apartment a pre-payment of 20% of the total cost of the stay is required. This pre-payment can be made either by credit card or by bank transfer. Outstanding balance will be taken on arrival (in cash) before the apartment keys are given.

“On line reservation”: You can book on line by introducing your credit card details.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the exact address, the name and contact number of the person that will meet you at the apartment and useful information of how to get there from the airport.
If you prefer to send your credit card details by fax, choose this option in the reservation form and you will automatically receive an authorization form to be filled in and sent back by fax. (Reservation will not be confirmed until payment is done)
If you prefer to pay the 20% of the reservation by bank transfer chose this option in the reservation form and you will automatically receive our bank details and our fax number where you will need to send the receipt of the transfer. (Reservation will not be confirmed until payment is done)

DEPOSIT:

A deposit against damage is taken along with the rest of the payment and will be refunded on departure. (150 € or 200 € depending on the apartment)
The client shall be debited (taken from the deposit) for the cost of repairing or replacing any fixtures, fittings or contents that may have been damaged, broken, lost or stolen.

CLEANING:

All our apartments provide fresh linen and towels.
An additional charge for final cleaning will be applicable per stay as a cleaning fee. (may vary between 30 € and 60 €, depending on the size of the apartment)
The apartment will be cleaned at the end of every stay. Additional cleaning can be provided on request.
The client should leave the apartment clear of any rubbish and in a generally clean condition. Should the apartment be left in an especially dirty condition, an additional cleaning charge may be taken from the client's deposit.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

You must inform us about your arrival time to Barcelona upon receipt of reservation confirmation to allow us to be there on time to welcome you in the apartment. Check-in is at 14:00 and Check-out is at 11:00am. However, should the apartment be available the day before or after, we will be pleased to consider your needs. All arrivals after 21.00 will have an extra charge of 30 Euros as a “late arrival” fee.

NOISE:

Our apartments are located in buildings where other local people live normally.To respect the rest and the tranquillity of the neighbours, the level of noise should be kept within reasonable level at all times.
Parties in the apartment are not allowed. Groups coming for stag parties are not accepted.
If any disturb is caused to the neighbourhood, Top-Barcelona-Apartments shall be entitled to request the clients to leave the apartment without the right to claim any type of compensation.
Under no circumstances shall the number of people staying in the apartment exceed the number on the booking.

CANCELLATIONS:

• 20% deposit paid on reservation is non refundable.
• A cancellation 20 days or less before the arrival date will have a penalty of 100% of the total amount of the stay, to be charged on the credit card provided on reservation.

If a client changes the dates, it will be understood as a new stay and it shall be subject to the cancellation conditions.
Top Barcelona Apartments should be unable to provide to the client the property he has booked, they reserve the right to transfer him to a property of similar characteristics
