Thank you so much for the satisfied service. Especially the kind help from Chen CHEN, we felt so cozy ... We really apprecaite all he has done for us, we think he is a good image of your company to foreigners. Unfortunately, there're still things to improve, for example, we have spent a terrible night during the weekend, there was much noise and the neighbour didn't want to respect others... hope next time there'll be more guarantee for each client.
